The Project

Redesign and migrate the Quality and Security team’s web pages to align with the company’s updated branding and improve accessibility for buyers seeking regulatory and compliance resources.

This large-scale project involved restructuring 44 web pages, updating 160 assets, and coordinating with global teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Objective

  1. Aligning design and content with the company’s rebranding efforts.

  2. Enhancing usability for buyers accessing compliance and regulatory documents.

  3. Training the Quality and Security team to maintain and update the new section.

Challenges

  3. Training Needs: Developed training materials, manuals, and live presentations to educate the Quality and Security team on using AEM, branding conventions, and page updates.

  4. Delays and Setbacks: Navigated challenges like staff turnover, retirements, holidays, and budget constraints, which extended the project timeline.

  5. High Standards: Worked closely with the client to source imagery, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines (dimensions, naming conventions, alt text, etc.).
